SHOPPING INFORMATION
We have over 20 years of experience in construction machinery sourcing, supply and export, serving clients across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
There is no fixed MOQ. We accept both bulk orders for large projects and small-batch orders for urgent spare parts needs.
We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, and other mutually agreed payment terms. For new clients, a partial deposit is typically required before production.
Yes. We offer technical support, warranty service and replacement parts supply after delivery. Our team is available to help with installation guidance and troubleshooting.
Absolutely. We welcome clients to visit our 2,000+ sqm warehouse in shanxi or our partner factories. We can arrange pickup and translation support.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Every product goes through multi-step inspection before shipment. For used machinery, we provide detailed inspection reports and real-machine videos. New parts are sourced directly from certified OEM and reputable aftermarket manufacturers.
It depends on the product type and quantity. In-stock parts can ship within 3-7 days. Used machinery and bulk orders typically require 7-15 days for preparation, inspection and logistics.
Shipping costs are typically quoted based on incoterms agreed in the contract (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.). We handle all logistics arrangements including export customs clearance and can recommend reliable freight forwarders for your destination port.
We have direct or cooperative relationships with major Chinese brands including SANY, XCMG, Zoomlion, LiuGong, Longgong, Jingong, and Luoyang Lutong, as well as access to aftermarket parts for global brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo.
Yes, we offer OEM services including custom branding, packaging and labeling according to your requirements, for both new parts and refurbished machinery.
