How to Buy from Us: 5 Simple Steps

Buying construction machinery or parts from China shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Here is the exact five-step process we run with every customer — from first email to parts arriving at your door. No hidden steps, no surprises.

Step 1: Tell Us What You Need (1 day)

  • Parts: machine brand, model, serial/model plate photo, part names or numbers (failure photos help).
  • Machines: tonnage class, duty (quarry, road, tunnel, general), working hours per year, destination country.

Not sure of part numbers? Send the model plate — our catalogs are keyed to it.

Step 2: Quote + Confirmation (1–2 days)

You receive a formal quotation: unit prices, MOQ, packing details, lead time, and 2–3 shipping options with costs. We confirm fitment in writing before any payment — model chart versus your machine, not guesses. For machines, we recommend the right model even if it isn’t ours to sell.

Step 3: Proforma Invoice + Deposit

Once you confirm, we issue a proforma invoice (PI) with full specifications, warranty terms and payment schedule — typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Invoicing through GZ BLTY CO LTD, payment by bank T/T (Western Union/PayPal for small parcels).

Step 4: Production, Stock Pick and Inspection (3–15 days)

Stock items are picked, checked against your chart and photographed. Factory orders get the same dimensional + hardness checks at packing. You see photos (or a live video call for machines) of your actual goods before the balance payment — approval is yours.

Step 5: Shipping + Documents + Aftercare

We book freight, load with export packing, and send the full document set (invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin) 5 days before arrival. After delivery: warranty claims handled with photos, replacements in your next shipment or credit, and a 24-hour response promise for the life of your account.
