Case Study 1: Wheel Loader Fleet for Indonesian Construction Company
Customer: Mid-sized construction company in Jakarta, Indonesia
Equipment: 5 units of Jingong wheel loaders (3-ton and 5-ton models)
Challenge: The customer needed reliable wheel loaders for infrastructure projects with a limited budget, requiring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Solution: BLTY recommended Jingong wheel loaders, known for their excellent value-to-performance ratio. We arranged a factory visit for the customer’s technical team and provided comprehensive after-sales support.

Case Study 2: Road Rollers for Middle East Infrastructure Project
Customer: Government contractor in Saudi Arabia
Equipment: 8 units of Luoyang Lutong road rollers
Challenge: The project required road rollers that could operate reliably in extreme desert heat (50°C+) with minimal maintenance downtime.
Solution: BLTY provided Luoyang Lutong rollers with enhanced cooling systems and desert-grade air filters. We coordinated third-party SGS inspection to verify compliance with project specifications.
Result: All machines performed flawlessly during the 18-month project. The contractor ordered additional units for their next project phase.

Equipment: 3 units of Jiahe excavators (20-ton and 25-ton models)
Challenge: The customer needed heavy-duty excavators for quarry operations, with a requirement for reliable spare parts supply in a remote location.
Solution: BLTY supplied Jiahe excavators with an extended spare parts package and provided detailed maintenance training to the customer’s local team. We also established a spare parts buffer stock for faster delivery.
Result: The excavators have been operating for over 2 years with only routine maintenance required. The customer has expanded their fleet with an additional 2 units.
Case Study 4: Complete Machinery Package for Southeast Asian Distributor
Customer: Machinery distributor in Myanmar
Equipment: Mixed container of wheel loaders, excavators, road rollers, and spare parts
Challenge: The distributor wanted to test multiple product lines before committing to a long-term partnership. They needed a reliable supplier who could handle mixed-container logistics.
Solution: BLTY coordinated the shipment of different machine types from multiple factories into a single container, optimizing freight costs. We provided marketing materials and technical specifications in local language.
